Have only tried two of the gels so far - clove and the chocolate. So good! Taste is great and felt them working on my long run. I have reflux and am always scared of trying new gels - but these did not upset my stomach at all (woohoo)
The bar also tastes great and was perfect as part of my pre-race breakfast.
