Great quality gels, good taste, good energy highly recommend
All the honeys are so good. They are the perfect consistency, not too runny and not too thick for having on the go. Way easier on the tummy and appreciate a more natural product. The packet was also easy to open which was a lifesaver during my race. Less of a sticky mess like most gels.
So great to have Manuka honey in a gel! The properties of Manuka honey are endless and are great source of fuel to keep me going. Tastes 10/10 and doubles as a first aid gel too!
